CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF SUPERIOR

AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE A, SUPERIOR TOWNSHIP UTILITY DEPARTMENT FEES, TRUNK AND TRANSMISSION FEE UNIT USE FACTOR FEES FOR SCHOOLS

Please take notice that at their regular meeting on December 19, 2011 at the Charter Township of Superior Township Hall located at 3040 N. Prospect Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198, the Charter Township of Superior Township Board of Trustees adopted Resolution 2011-27, which approved amending SCHEDULE A, Superior Charter Township Utility Department Fees, Section 3., Trunk and Transmission Fees, UNIT USE FACTOR for Schools as follows:

Schools

a. Elementary
(Kindergarten – 6th Grade) .012 per student

b. Junior or Middle High
(7th and 8th Grade) .020 per student

c. Senior High
(9th – 12th Grade) .38 per student

d. Bus Maintenance Facility .165 per 1,000 square feet

The new rates will be effective upon publication of this notice. Publication of adopted Resolution 2011-27 and revised Schedule A was made by posting in the Office of the Clerk, 3040 N. Prospect, Ypsilanti, 48198, and on the Township website – www.superior-twp.org – pursuant to Section 8 of the Charter Township Act, being MCL 42.8, 3(b).
