Presidential Primary Election to be Held in the Township on Tuesday, February 28, 2012

On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, all of Superior Township's five voting precincts will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for a presidential primary election. State law provides that in order for a voter to participate in the presidential primary, the voter must indicate in writing which political party (either Republican or Democratic) ballot he or she wishes to vote. The Republican ballot lists eleven candidates and "Uncommitted". The Democratic ballot lists one candidate and "Uncommitted". SUPERIOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

THE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION

WILL BE HELD IN SAID GOVERNMENTAL UNIT ON

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2012

From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For the purpose of nominating candidates for the office of President of the United States of America.

POLLING PLACES ARE LOCATED AS FOLLOWS and all are accessible by the handicapped:

Precinct 1 - Superior Charter Township Hall, 3040 N. Prospect;

Precinct 2 – Cheney School, 1500 Stamford;

Precinct 3 – Christian Love Church, 1601 Stamford;

Precinct 4 - Cheney School, 1500 Stamford;

Precinct 5 - Superior Charter Township Hall, 3040 N. Prospect.
